M E H R D E L was selected to deliver a turn-key solution to control fourteen blower motors, optimizing performance through versatile manual and automatic timer settings, as well as auto temperature PID modes of operation. These powerful motors drive fans that circulate air through perforated pipes, ensuring optimal heat for compost and fostering the growth of beneficial microorganisms that accelerate organic decomposition.

Engineered for reliability and precision, our NEMA 3R control and motor panels are designed with self-cooling features and Ethernet connectivity. Manufactured and rigorously tested in Virginia, these panels include a state-of-the-art PLC with an intuitive HMI, housed in a separate, secure enclosure.
